Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Experienced professionals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focused on ensuring the availability and performance of large-scale distributed systems while automating operational tasks and enhancing system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine service-level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) to drive engineering decisions
• Lead incident response and conduct post-incident reviews to implement lasting improvements
• Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies to provide actionable system visibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java for building automation and tooling
• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes and container-based workloads
• Deep understanding of observability tooling such as Prometheus and Grafana
