Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer II will design, implement, and maintain automated solutions for enterprise software applications, with the flexibility to work from home.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines to support enterprise applications
• Implement DevOps automation, Infrastructure as Code, and containerized deployments to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
• Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems while participating in a rotating on-call schedule for production support

Required qualifications

• Master of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Information Quality, Computer and Information Science, or a closely related field
• 3 years of DevOps Engineering experience, specifically in Site Reliability Engineering and automation
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance for cloud-based production systems
• Proficiency in Terraform, Python or PowerShell, and Ansible for automation and configuration management
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
