Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) for a full-time remote position focused on ensuring the availability, performance, and operational excellence of large-scale distributed systems while applying strong software engineering principles to infrastructure and operations challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and refine service-level objectives (SLOs) and indicators (SLIs) to drive engineering decisions
• Lead incident response and resolution for production issues, ensuring effective post-incident reviews
• Design and implement monitoring and logging strategies to provide actionable visibility into system behavior

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Five or more years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java for building automation and tooling
• Deep experience operating Linux at scale, including systems-level troubleshooting
• Production experience with Kubernetes and container-based workloads
