Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance engineering reliability, the full-time remote Site Reliability Engineer will partner with service teams to define SLIs and SLOs, evolve operational readiness processes, and drive systemic improvements through incident analysis and automation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with service teams to establish SLIs and SLOs based on customer experience and develop error budget policies
• Own the Operational Readiness Review process, conducting assessments for new services and major changes
• Strengthen the incident-to-improvement pipeline by connecting postmortem findings to operational readiness gaps

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or reliability-focused roles
• Proficient in defining and operationalizing SLOs/SLIs at scale, including error budget policies
• Hands-on experience with incident response and postmortem facilitation
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Strong software engineering mindset with coding and tool-building capabilities
