Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely from South Korea, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will enhance, optimize, validate, and automate a cloud-native storage platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and durability for demanding workloads.

Key responsibilities:

• Enhance and automate core MinIO software to improve performance, scalability, and security
• Build and deliver high-performance distributed storage solutions focused on cloud-native architectures
• Collaborate with engineers to validate software against customer requirements and address issues effectively

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering
• Experience with DevOps, GitOps, and cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes and containers
• Strong proficiency in Go or deep experience in C/C++/Rust with a willingness to learn Go
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, storage systems, or databases
