Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Site Reliability Engineer will enable engineering teams to adopt AI responsibly, evaluate AI system architectures, and provide governance guidance while ensuring the reliability and observability of AI-powered systems.

Key responsibilities

• Train and coach engineering teams on integrating AI into development workflows and best practices
• Evaluate AI system designs and provide actionable guidance on integration patterns and reliability risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI implementations meet organizational and regulatory requirements

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in solutioning and implementing AI systems in production, including LLM API integration
• Strong background in site reliability engineering or platform engineering with knowledge of observability and reliability principles
• Experience advising engineering teams on AI tooling and best practices
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts and cloud infrastructure experience with Azure or AWS
• Hands-on experience with container-based architectures and CI/CD pipelines
