Job Summary
To enhance infrastructure and processes across multiple countries, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely with a team of DevOps and DBA professionals, focusing on improving Kubernetes platform stability, monitoring cloud infrastructure, and managing incident response.
Key responsibilities
- Improve existing infrastructure and streamline deployment processes for new countries
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, including alerting pipelines and Grafana dashboards
- Own weekend on-call operations and lead post-incident reviews while mentoring less experienced team members
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Kubernetes, including EKS and GitOps tooling
- Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform
- Experience with observability stacks and real user monitoring tools
- Proven incident response experience and ability to define SLIs and SLOs for reliability improvements
