Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To enhance infrastructure and processes across multiple countries, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely with a team of DevOps and DBA professionals, focusing on improving Kubernetes platform stability, monitoring cloud infrastructure, and managing incident response.

Key responsibilities

• Improve existing infrastructure and streamline deployment processes for new countries
• Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure, including alerting pipelines and Grafana dashboards
• Own weekend on-call operations and lead post-incident reviews while mentoring less experienced team members

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and Kubernetes, including EKS and GitOps tooling
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform
• Experience with observability stacks and real user monitoring tools
• Proven incident response experience and ability to define SLIs and SLOs for reliability improvements
