Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Focusing on ensuring the stability and resilience of a distributed platform, the full-time remote Site Reliability Engineer will define reliability standards, lead incident response efforts, and improve observability and automation to enhance system performance and uptime.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement SLIs/SLOs for critical services and lead incident response efforts
• Design and improve monitoring, alerting, and dashboards to enhance observability
• Automate operational workflows and build tools to eliminate manual processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, Reliability Engineering, or Production Engineering
• Strong Linux systems and Networking expertise
• Experience managing containerized production systems
• Proven incident response and postmortem leadership experience
• Strong scripting or programming skills
