Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the reliability and availability of customer-facing systems, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will manage Kubernetes infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, and leverage AI for automating production issue analysis in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and operate Kubernetes infrastructure, including cluster lifecycle and networking for customer workloads
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment infrastructure
• Drive reliability improvements through automation, runbooks, and chaos engineering

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing critical production systems and software development workflows
• Strong experience with Kubernetes at scale and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible
• Deep knowledge of Linux networking and container networking
• Experience building CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows
• Proficiency in Python and either Go or Bash for tooling and automation
