Job Summary
Joining the PEAS team as a full-time remote Site Reliability Engineer, the successful candidate will own the reliability of production services, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and ensure security in software delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve SLI/SLO and error-budget frameworks to influence product decisions
- Lead incident response efforts and implement systemic fixes based on postmortem findings
- Build and maintain observability across metrics, logs, and traces to improve system reliability
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in site reliability, platform, or infrastructure engineering
- Strong programming skills in automation and tooling (e.g., Go, Python, Typescript)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Proven track record in leading incident response and establishing SLO-driven reliability practices
- Experience integrating security into CI/CD pipelines with tools like SAST and DAST
