Job Summary

To ensure the operational health and reliability of a FedRAMP High cloud platform, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will proactively monitor and resolve production issues, act as the highest level of operational support, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance service resilience, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Monitor the health, availability, performance, and security of production services
  • Investigate and resolve complex production incidents, acting as the L3 escalation point for operational issues
  • Develop and maintain operational runbooks, dashboards, alerts, and standard operating procedures to improve platform observability
Required qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship (required)
  • 3-6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Engineering, DevOps, or a senior production support role
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
  • Experience troubleshooting distributed applications running in Kubernetes
  • Strong scripting or programming skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, Go, or similar)
