Job Summary
Leading a high-performing Application Support SRE team, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will manage team operations, drive incident management, and enhance application reliability and performance in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Application Support SREs while managing 24x7 support operations
- Act as the senior escalation point for critical incidents and oversee the establishment of SRE KPIs and SLAs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive automation initiatives and improve observability practices
Required qualifications:
- 5-8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Production Support
- 2-4+ years of team leadership or people management experience
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud environments and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog
- Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and production support best practices
