Job Summary
Leading the evolution of managed hosting practices, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will ensure the performance, security, and reliability of client environments across a multi-cloud ecosystem, working in a hybrid remote capacity from Bedford, NH or fully remote within the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Own day-to-day performance and reliability of client hosting environments across Azure and AWS
- Architect and implement secure, resilient hosting environments while managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Serve as the senior escalation point for hosting-related issues, providing root-cause analysis and long-term solutions
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or hosting environments
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure hosting services and strong experience with Windows Server and IIS
- Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure, including EC2, RDS, and S3
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools and CI/CD pipeline management in Azure DevOps
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation
