Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely from anywhere in the U.S., the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will support observability and monitoring solutions, contribute to automation initiatives, and assist with SLIs and SLOs to ensure the reliability and performance of financial technology platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Support observability and monitoring solutions
- Assist with SLIs, SLOs, and alerting
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree or 2+ years of additional software engineering, DevOps, or SRE experience
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or software engineering
- 1+ years of experience with monitoring tools
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms and containers
- 1+ years of experience with SLOs and alerting
