Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Site Reliability Engineer will improve, manage, and monitor production-critical infrastructure and data pipelines while collaborating with software development teams to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Improve fault-tolerance and maintainability of code in proprietary data pipelines and trading systems
- Diagnose and fix bugs in code and lead complex deployments
- Automate manual workflows and track outstanding production-related issues
Required qualifications
- Experience with coding and debugging in Python
- Experience with Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL
- 2 years of relevant industry experience
- An undergraduate degree or comparable training in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience
