Job Summary
To ensure a reliable and efficient healthcare platform, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely, managing AWS infrastructure, defining SLIs and SLOs, and championing automation while representing the engineering team at industry events.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate a reliable, secure, and efficient platform on AWS, orchestrated on EKS
- Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets, treating reliability as an engineering discipline
- Promote automation and represent the engineering work externally through blogging and speaking engagements
Required qualifications
- Extensive experience with Linux systems and networking internals
- Proficient in Kubernetes, ideally with experience in EKS and Helm
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu
- Solid AWS experience or equivalent expertise in GCP/Azure
- Familiarity with distributed monitoring tools like Grafana or Datadog
