Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will operate, maintain, and administer solutions to enhance customer infrastructure's efficiency and availability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and maintain solutions to ensure operational efficiency and availability of customer infrastructure
- Provide Root Cause Analysis reports for outages and incidents, and identify opportunities for infrastructure improvement
- Act as a technology leader for clients, driving discussions on technology road maps and participating in on-call rotations
Required qualifications
- Experience with Google Cloud and AWS, including infrastructure as code deployment
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python and Scala
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and container technologies, particularly Kubernetes
- Comprehensive troubleshooting experience with systems hardware and networking
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, processes, and culture
