Job Summary
To enhance the reliability and performance of a cloud-based platform, the fully remote Site Reliability Engineer will collaborate with DevOps engineers to establish reliability practices, improve incident response, and automate operational workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and maintain service-level indicators (SLIs) and objectives (SLOs) while improving monitoring and observability
- Participate in on-call rotations, respond to production incidents, and lead post-incident reviews
- Automate operational processes and build cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related production-focused roles
- Hands-on experience with AWS and designing production workloads
- Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language such as Python or Go
- Experience with containers, particularly Docker, and CI/CD automation
- Familiarity with reliability concepts like SLIs, SLOs, and operational security fundamentals
