Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a Cloud and Technology company, the remote Site Reliability Engineer will architect, build, and maintain highly available private cloud infrastructure while focusing on automating operations and improving platform reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable private cloud infrastructure and orchestration platforms
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and security
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise-scale infrastructure design and support
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, Ruby, or Scala
- Hands-on experience with private cloud technologies including VMware and AWS
- Strong expertise in Linux administration, preferably Ubuntu
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
