Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a rapidly growing cloud infrastructure organization, the fully remote long-term contract Site Reliability Engineer will build and maintain Kubernetes clusters, monitor Linux-based systems, and develop automation tools to enhance platform reliability.
Key responsibilities:
- Build, operate, and support Kubernetes clusters across AWS and on-premises environments
- Monitor and troubleshoot Linux-based systems to ensure platform stability and performance
- Develop infrastructure automation and operational tooling to reduce manual processes
Required qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience administering and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in production
- Solid Linux systems administration and troubleshooting expertise
- Experience with AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Scripting or software development experience using Python, Go, Ruby, or similar languages
