Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To evolve and safeguard the infrastructure powering healthcare experiences, the full-time remote Site Reliability Engineer will architect AWS and Kubernetes (EKS) platforms, optimizing performance and compliance while minimizing operational toil.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for enterprise-grade availability
- Develop internal tools and GitHub Actions components to automate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle
- Lead incident response efforts and maintain observability practices to meet rigorous healthcare performance standards
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SRE or Platform Engineering managing production environments at scale
- Expertise in AWS (EKS, EC2, RDS, S3) and production-grade Kubernetes management
- Proficiency with modern tooling including Terraform, Datadog, Helm, and GitHub Actions
- Solid coding and scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Preferred experience in building AI-assisted workflows for operational efficiency
