Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing managed service offering, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will optimize infrastructure automation and telemetry platforms across major cloud providers while diagnosing and resolving operational challenges in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop automation platforms to manage infrastructure rollouts across cloud providers
- Optimize telemetry platforms to identify customer-impacting events and provide relevant data for debugging
- Debug Live Site events and participate in SLA-driven on-call rotations, including after-hours and weekends
Required qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Infrastructure automation experience, with Python and Golang as a plus
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and the container ecosystem
- Familiarity with at least one of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex production software
