Job Summary
Leading a cross-functional software engineering team, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will drive the adoption of AI in software development, ensure high-quality software delivery, and collaborate closely with Product Management while working onsite in Brentwood, TN.
Key responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership, coaching, and career development for team members
- Driving the adoption of AI-native engineering practices to enhance software delivery and quality
- Partnering with Product Management to identify and implement customer-facing AI capabilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of overall experience in software development
- 3+ years of experience leading software or quality engineering teams
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and AI-native methodologies in software development
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services
