Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To enhance the reliability and operational efficiency of systems within the Prepaid card division, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely, focusing on automation, system resilience, and leveraging AI for troubleshooting and incident analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Identifying reliability risks and opportunities for automation across applications and infrastructure
- Designing and implementing automation to improve system resilience and team effectiveness
- Improving monitoring, observability, and the team's ability to resolve production issues quickly
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering
- Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services and traditional on-premise infrastructure
- Demonstrated ability to apply modern SRE practices to enhance reliability and efficiency
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, and observability practices
