Site Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To support the global expansion of product deployments, the full-time Site Reliability Engineer will enhance system reliability and performance while primarily working remotely with occasional visits to the Bristol office or London.
Key responsibilities
- Run and improve production environments by monitoring availability and system health
- Build software and automation to manage platform infrastructure and applications
- Partner with development teams to enhance services through testing and production-readiness practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- 4-7 years of experience in production operations, systems engineering, or SRE/DevOps roles
- Experience with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation
- Hands-on troubleshooting skills across Linux, applications, networks, and distributed services
- Working knowledge of Voice/UC or real-time communications technologies
