Job Summary
To support the development and operation of a Kubernetes-based platform, the long-term contract Site Reliability Engineer will work remotely, focusing on improving platform reliability, scalability, and security while collaborating with senior engineers on compliance-driven initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and support Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and AWS environments
- Monitor platform reliability and performance through observability, alerting, and troubleshooting activities
- Develop and implement automation tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles
- Strong hands-on experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms
- Strong Linux administration skills, including system troubleshooting and performance analysis
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform or CloudFormation
