Site Reliability Engineer Consultant
Job Summary
Supporting a client's vulnerability management and remediation program, the remote Site Reliability Engineer Consultant will triage, analyze, and remediate infrastructure and configuration vulnerabilities while collaborating with engineering and security teams over a 3-month contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Triage, analyze, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities identified through Wiz
- Implement security hardening and remediation across AWS, Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code changes to ensure sustainable remediation solutions
Required qualifications:
- Strong AWS administration and security experience, including IAM and cloud-native security controls
- Proficient in Kubernetes administration, particularly with Amazon EKS and Rancher
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and Linux administration and hardening
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, preferably using Terraform
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell
