Site Reliability Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer II to support and extend their product infrastructure and events management platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to and maintain a robust, fault-tolerant, global payments platform
• Maintain and enhance playbooks and runbooks
• Improve incident management process and SLO/SLI framework

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years experience with implementing AWS services
• 3+ years experience using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go
• 3+ years experience using APM tools such as NewRelic, DataDog, Splunk, etc
• Solid understanding of Docker, microservice architectures, and distributed data models
