Site Reliability Engineer Lead
Job Summary
Providing technical leadership, the contract-to-hire Site Reliability Engineer Lead will design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure platforms across on-premises and AWS environments while working remotely in the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes clusters across on-premises and AWS environments
- Lead the architecture, scalability, and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure platforms
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, or related fields
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining Kubernetes clusters in both AWS and on-premises environments
- Strong expertise with Linux infrastructure and AWS cloud services
- Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and experience with Ruby-based applications is highly preferred
- Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
