Site Reliability Engineering Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Site Reliability and Software Engineering for DGX Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Software and Site Reliability engineers, overseeing program development and task planning
• Define team strategy and roadmap while driving the adoption of scalable SDLC practices
• Lead technical projects and ensure successful execution through collaboration with project and product management teams

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of overall experience in engineering management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Experience in designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems and managing Technical Support/DevOps teams
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux systems
• Demonstrated people management and leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring team members
