Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a global team of SREs in the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Threat Detection Pipeline
• Drive the adoption and implementation of Detection as Code principles
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of the Threat Detection Pipeline through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• At least 10 years of experience in the SRE field with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated expertise in scripting and automation with Python or Golang
• Proficiency in CI/CD concepts, system administration, network forensics, and defensive network infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of security technologies, security monitoring technologies, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and cybersecurity frameworks
• Possession of relevant security certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, or similar
