• Manage the design, integration, and implementation of platform infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability
• Collaborate with development teams to investigate issues and create solutions for improved system reliability
• Oversee the deployment of new system versions and conduct post-incident reviews for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is desired
• Proven ability to lead and mentor team members
• Experience with cloud reliability and scalability initiatives
• Technical leadership in software platform development and operations transformation
