Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 Site Reliability Engineers
• Oversee production infrastructure on AWS, ensuring a 99.99%+ uptime SLA
• Collaborate with SRE, Security, and Development teams to drive projects to completion

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading a software-focused SRE team
• Experience in organizations with a global presence
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools such as CloudFormation and Terraform
• Knowledge of scripting and programming standards (Python/Ruby/Bash/Go)
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
