Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of approximately 10 direct reports
• Collaborate with various IT teams to organize and manage project timelines
• Contribute to code reviews, architecture decisions, and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
• Experience with infrastructure at scale and web development
• Proficiency in Linux, Kubernetes, Prometheus, OTEL, and cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management lifecycles
• Understanding of both on-premise and Azure cloud-based solutions
