Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of approximately 10 direct reports
• Organize and manage project timelines while contributing to code reviews and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
• Strong background in running infrastructure at scale and web development
• Experience with Linux, Kubernetes, Prometheus, OTEL, and cloud-native technologies
• Familiarity with Project Management Lifecycles (Agile and Waterfall)
• Understanding of both on-premise and cloud-based solutions (Azure)
