Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager II to drive reliability, automation, and performance within their cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team and manage task approaches
• Track team success based on established goals and mentor team members to drive initiatives
• Engage in debugging production issues and participate in on-call support while advocating for best practices

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the Site Reliability Engineering space
• 2-5 years of experience leading or managing SRE teams
• Experience with at least one programming language
• Familiarity with container ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD tools
• Proficient with testing techniques such as TDD or BDD
