Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineering Manager II to drive reliability, automation, and performance within their cloud-based infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for the SRE team and manage task approaches
• Mentor team members and advocate for best practices in production excellence
• Engage in debugging production issues and participate in incident response

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the SRE field
• 2-5 years of experience in leading or managing SRE teams
• Experience with at least one programming language
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD tools
• Proficient with testing techniques such as TDD or BDD
