Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering or infrastructure management experience, including team leadership
• Strong project management skills and SRE/FedRAMP/Security-minded leadership
• Proven ability to build engaged, autonomous teams that achieve ambitious goals
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, or eagerness to learn quickly
