Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an SRE Engineering Manager to build and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure for innovative products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers and oversee cloud infrastructure architecture, scalability, and maintenance
• Define and implement SRE best practices and track crucial reliability metrics to evaluate platform health
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to align infrastructure with new products and ensure system reliability

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Site Reliability Engineering, systems engineering, or software engineering with an infrastructure focus
• Experience with cloud computing services such as Google Cloud and AWS
• Proven leadership of SRE, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure teams
• Experience managing people and operational processes
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
