Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team responsible for the reliability and performance of production systems
• Prioritize and coordinate operational initiatives, deployments, and infrastructure improvements
• Monitor system health and provide regular reporting on system availability and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
• 3-5 years of experience leading or managing globally distributed engineering teams
• 3-5 years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering or similar infrastructure-focused role
• Strong experience with Linux-based systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
