Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager II, the full-time position will drive reliability, automation, and performance within cloud-based infrastructure while managing a team of SREs and collaborating with engineering teams remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities for SREs and partner with managers to manage tasks effectively
• Mentor team members and advocate for best practices to achieve production excellence
• Engage in debugging production issues and participate in on-call support for incident response

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the Site Reliability Engineering field
• 2-5 years of experience leading or managing SRE teams
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, container ecosystems, and CI/CD tools
• Experience with testing techniques such as TDD or BDD
