Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Driving reliability and performance within cloud-based infrastructure, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineering Manager will manage daily activities for the SRE team, mentor team members, and advocate for best practices while collaborating with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily activities for SREs, partnering with managers to manage tasks effectively
• Mentor team members and drive initiatives to achieve production excellence
• Debug production issues and engage in incident response and blameless postmortems

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the SRE space
• 2-5 years of experience leading or managing SRE teams
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD tools, and the container ecosystem
• Experience with testing techniques such as TDD or BDD
