Site Reliability Engineering Manager
Job Summary
Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time salaried Team Manager, SRE will drive service delivery excellence and continuous improvement while working remotely and managing a team during Singapore hours (7am to 3:30pm GMT+8).
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of SREs to ensure technical excellence and professional growth
- Drive strategic service delivery by optimizing workload distribution and automating processes to meet SLA targets
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical escalations and severity-1 incidents, providing technical guidance
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing technical teams, particularly SRE and DevOps engineers
- Proven experience in managing complex enterprise client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, especially Terraform
- Experience with microservices architecture, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and CI/CD pipeline tools
- Hands-on experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Linux systems administration
