Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-oriented, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineering Manager will lead a blended team of SRE and DevOps engineers in a remote setting, focusing on improving the availability and performance of Delinea's production environments while managing incident response and automation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead hands-on by reviewing pull requests, validating pipeline changes, and troubleshooting production issues alongside engineers
• Own the availability and performance of Delinea's production environments across Azure and AWS, including incident command for Sev1 and Sev2 events
• Manage and develop a blended team of full-time engineers and contractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across time zones

Required qualifications

• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations with ownership of production SaaS systems
• 2+ years of direct people leadership experience, including performance management and coaching
• Hands-on production experience with Azure Kubernetes Service and core Azure services, as well as AWS services
• Proven incident command experience, including managing major incidents and authoring post-incident reviews
• Strong automation and scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar, with experience in infrastructure-as-code
