Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Site Reliability Engineering - Storage Layer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of engineers, fostering a positive culture and managing performance
• Define and drive a technical vision and roadmap for multi-tenant distributed storage systems
• Contribute through hands-on technical work and act as the primary liaison for the SRE team

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software and distributed systems, with 2+ years in team management
• Experience with Kubernetes ecosystems, containerization technologies, and modern IaC tooling
• Familiarity with stateful storage or database systems at scale
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
• High level of empathy, responsibility, ownership, and accountability
