A company is looking for a Site Selection Manager to support expansion across the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and advance data center site opportunities across the U.S. and Americas
• Lead site-level due diligence and ensure clear documentation of findings
• Support lease negotiations and maintain accurate site records and deal progression

Required Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in data center site selection or related fields
• Comprehensive knowledge of U.S. and Americas data center markets and utility infrastructure
• Experience in leading commercial lease negotiations and due diligence workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent deals in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
