Site Services Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the delivery and maintenance of enterprise technology services across Latin America, the full-time Site Services Engineer will ensure the reliability and performance of end-user computing, infrastructure, server, and network systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams and service providers in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain enterprise infrastructure and end-user computing systems across LATAM locations
• Act as a regional escalation point for critical technology incidents impacting business operations
• Collaborate with project teams to implement infrastructure and end-user computing solutions for LATAM site technology projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent working experience
• 3-5 years of experience supporting end-to-end IT solutions
• Experience supporting geographically distributed environments, ideally across LATAM
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
• Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
