Sitecore Developer Lead

Job Summary

Leading the technical design and development of Sitecore-based solutions, the remote Sitecore Developer Lead will ensure adherence to best practices while collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement Sitecore solutions, including site structures, data templates, and third-party integrations
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain code quality and integrity
• Research and drive innovation in tools and technologies to enhance technical capabilities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in web development with a focus on the Sitecore platform
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, and other relevant technologies
• Strong understanding of Sitecore architecture, including content management and personalization
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex Sitecore projects on time
