Sitetracker Platform Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Sitetracker Operations to lead the optimization and scalability of the Sitetracker ecosystem for fiber construction and OSP deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day platform performance and enhancement strategy for Sitetracker
• Build and manage a high-performing team, providing coaching and career development
• Identify and implement platform enhancements to improve efficiency and visibility

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in systems, PMO operations, or telecom infrastructure
• Experience with Sitetracker, Salesforce, or similar project platforms
• Strong understanding of project-based workflows and operational reporting
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis
