Job Summary

Investigating potentially fraudulent auto claims, the fully remote SIU Investigator will conduct site inspections, gather and analyze evidence, and collaborate with claims professionals to ensure accurate claim outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and perform background research to evaluate claims for potential fraud
• Obtain recorded statements, conduct witness interviews, and review medical records and billing documentation
• Analyze investigative findings to determine fraud substantiation and support potential legal action

Required qualifications

• Experience managing auto claims throughout the full claim lifecycle
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to ask difficult questions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations and analyze evidence
• Familiarity with social media searches as part of the investigative process
